Batteries:

All Powerex batteries are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase, against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not cover, but not limited to, improper use, abuse, modification of product. Maha Energy will repair or replace the product upon inspection after customer returns the defect product.

Chargers:

All Powerex chargers warranty varies. To find a specific charger warranty, CLICK HERE. Powerex chargers are warranted, from date of purchase, against defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty time. Warranty does not cover, but not limited to, improper use, abuse, modification of product. Maha Energy will repair or replace the product upon inspection after customer returns the defect product.

Do I Need To Register My Product For Warranty?

You do NOT need to register your product for warranty. Do keep your receipt for proof of purchase for warranty claims. All Powerex products come with a limited warranty when purchase directly with us or one of our authorized dealers and resellers.

Warranty Claim:

To request a warranty claim, you must complete an RMA form and receive a RMA number before returning any product. Packages will not be accepted without a RMA Number. To submit the RMA Request, CLICK HERE.

What if I purchased from an unauthorized dealer or reseller and need warranty service?

You can contact them directly to request warranty service. If they refuse, you can call your credit card company to dispute the charge. Tell your credit card company that the seller refuses to honor the warranty and you want to do a charge back.
