All Powerex batteries carry a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. We'll repair or replace defective product after inspection on return. Excludes improper use, abuse and modification.
Charger warranties vary by model, covering defects in material and workmanship for the stated duration. Same exclusions apply for misuse, abuse and modification.

Powerex products are sold exclusively through mahaenergy.com and our authorized dealers and resellers. Warranty coverage only applies to products bought from these sources.
We can't honor warranties on products from unauthorized sellers
Many unauthorized resellers sell our products, and we can't control their quality or reliability. Maha Energy is not obligated to honor warranty claims, replacements or support for products bought from an unauthorized individual, dealer or reseller. Contact that seller directly for warranty service. If they refuse, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company and request a chargeback, explaining the seller won't honor the warranty.
